How to effectively identify true and false pesticides?

To identify true and false pesticides, first of all, to find out what is a fake pesticide? What is inferior pesticide? The so-called fake pesticide means that the name of the pesticide marked on the pesticide label does not match the pesticide in the actual package, and the fake pesticide is used.

For example, some unscrupulous traders use talc, calcium bicarbonate, kaolin and other non-pesticide products to be pretending to be pesticides after packaging, which is to use non-pesticide to impersonate pesticides. In another case, such pesticides pretend to be pesticides. In short, the characteristic of fake pesticides is that these so-called pesticides do not contain or contain a small amount of active ingredients, so it can not play the medicinal value of the medicines, and of course the pests and diseases of crops will not be effective.

Inferior pesticides refer to the main indicators of pesticides in the package that do not meet the quality standards. And its characteristic is "reality", which means that the contents of its packaging are the same as the logo, but the content of the active ingredients contained is not enough to meet the quality standards required by the state.

Identify true and false pesticides, starting from the following aspects

Identify true and false pesticides from packaging

(1) According to the national standards, GB3796-1983 "General Principles for Pesticide Packaging" and "Administrative Measures for Labels and Instructions for Pesticides" stipulate that corrugated cardboard with moisture-proof layer should be used for the outer packaging of pesticides. The outer packaging window shall be labelled with the product name, category, specification, gross weight, net weight, date of manufacture, batch number, storage and transportation indication mark, name of the manufacturer and the type of pesticide.

(2) The inner packaging of the pesticide preparation must be firmly affixed with the label, or printed directly and marked on the packaging. The pesticide label shall be marked with the following contents: pesticide name, dosage form, active ingredients and their contents; pesticide registration certificate number, product quality standard number and pesticide production license number; pesticide category and its color marking strip, product performance, toxicity and its label; Scope of use, method of use, dosage, technical requirements and precautions; first aid measures for poisoning; storage and transportation methods; date of manufacture, product batch number, quality assurance period, net content; name of the pesticide registration certificate holder and its contact information Electronic information code; pictogram; other content required by the Ministry of Agriculture.
If the pesticide label is too small to label all the contents, it shall at least indicate the name of the pesticide, the content of the active ingredient, the dosage form, the pesticide registration certificate number, the net content, the date of manufacture, the quality guarantee period, etc., together with the instructions. The instructions should be marked with all the contents specified. If the registration is used in a wide range and cannot be marked in the label, you can mark the part of the label in the label as needed, but you should attach the manual and mark the entire scope of use.
Look at product form

(1) Powders and wettable powders should be loose powders without agglomerates. If there is agglomeration or more graininess, it means that it has been damp. Not only the fineness of the product will not meet the requirements, but also the effective period and the content of active ingredients may change.

(2) The emulsifiable concentrate shall be a homogeneous liquid with no precipitation or suspended matter. If stratification and turbidity occur, or if the emulsion diluted with water is not uniform or has oil slick or sediment, it may indicate that the quality of the product may be problematic.

(3) Suspending agent and suspoemulsion should be a flowable suspension. After long-term storage of non-caking products, there may be a small amount of stratification, but it should be restored to its original state after shaking.

(4) The tablets used for fumigation are in powder form, indicating that they have failed.

(5) The water agent should be a homogeneous liquid, no sediment or suspended matter, and generally no turbid precipitation occurs after dilution with water.

(6) The granule product should be uniform in thickness and should not contain many powders.

See the price of pesticide products

The same product of the same specification, the sales price is basically the same. If the selling price of a certain product is too different from the price of the similar product (too low or too high), the farmers' friends should pay special attention to it, and must not be blinded by the false propaganda that is cheap or exaggerated by the dealer to avoid buying fakes. Product or substandard product. A counterfeit product or a substandard product (generally at a low price) has a poor effect after application or is susceptible to phytotoxicity to the crop after application.
